Where are you located? 

Casaléna is located at 22160 Ventura Boulevard in Woodland Hills, California. Upon arrival, valet can be found on San Feliciano where the entrance of the restaurant is.


Is Casaléna dog friendly?

At Casaléna, we strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all our guests, including those who require the assistance of service dogs. We do recommend that guests who decide to join us with service dogs make reservations in our outdoor garden. 


How can I be guaranteed a requested table or dining area? 

At Casalena, we are committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences throughout the restaurant. While we are pleased to note any seating preferences or requests, we are unable to guarantee specific seating arrangements as they are subject to availability. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy.


Can I pay for a friend or family member's meal, wine, or dessert ahead of time?

Yes, we’re happy to help make your guest’s experience special! To pay for someone else’s meal, wine, dessert, or any other part of their visit, you’ll need to complete a Casalena Credit Card Authorization form at least 24 hours prior to the reservation. You can access the Credit Card Authorization form PDF via this linkThe form must include details about the reservation (who it’s for and what you are covering, including tax and gratuity). You’ll also need to provide photocopies of your ID and credit card.

Once all documents are completed, please email them to our Reservations Team at reservations@casalena.la. You’ll receive a confirmation once the payment has been processed.


Can I create a 'House Account'? (A Credit Card On File for Regular Customers)

At this time we currently do not have a “house account” function that would allow you to keep a card on file but will be working to strengthen our internal processes to hopefully accommodate in the near future. We appreciate your enthusiasm in dining with us here at Casaléna and look forward to rolling out a program of this nature in the future.


Time Limits

To accommodate all our guests during busy periods, we kindly implement the following dining duration limits, which begin at your scheduled reservation time:

  • Up to 6 people: 2 hours
  • 6+ people: 2.5 hours

These time limits apply on weekends and holidays to help manage the flow and give everyone the chance to enjoy their Casaléna experience.


Dress Code

At Casaléna, our goal is to establish a refined dining ambiance. The attire of our guests has the power to enhance or detract from the experience of others. We deem tank tops, flip flops, and team athletic attire as overly casual for our establishments. Our staff maintains a standard of appearance they take pride in, and we kindly request our guests to adhere to our attire guidelines. In order to ensure the comfort of all patrons during their visit, we kindly ask you to review our dress code below:

Please dress in neat attire and refrain from overly casual clothing.
Team athletic attire is not permitted.
Tank tops, beachwear, or flip flops are also not permitted.


Walk-In Policy

Casaléna is dedicated to accepting walk-in parties, space permitting. The bar & lounge area is seated on a first come first serve basis. We will always do our best to accommodate any walk-in guests subject to availability. 


Corkage 

For those who prefer to bring their own bottle, our corkage fees are as follows:

  • 1st Bottle: $30 (750ml) 
  • 2nd Bottle: $35 (750ml)
  • Magnum Bottle (Max One 1.5L): $55

Please note, the maximum allowed is two standard bottles or one magnum per table.



Kid Friendly: 

At this time we don’t provide high chairs or a kids menu, however we encourage families with children of all ages to come and dine with us. 


Outside Desserts Policy

Guests are welcome to bring outside dessert for a $5 fee per guest. We'll handle cutting, plating, and serving your dessert, ensuring a seamless experience for your celebration!


Gift Cards

Casaléna offers gift cards for our guests via our website, and physical gift cards as well that can be picked up in house.

Valet

We have Valet available for a fee of $6 during lunch and $8 during dinner. Valet can be found on San Feliciano where the entrance of the restaurant is. For Valet Issues and Disputes: Our valet is run by Curbstand, a professional Valet company who services various establishments across greater Los Angeles.
